We gotta get that fire lit and starting to burn bright again. Freeze response makes us almost achievement-phobic. Initial urges are to hide or hibernate rather than change anything.
But when we can start to build trust in ourselves by slowly getting more energy moving again (just by doing small things differently). We are able to become truly present!
When we are stuck in any emotion or worrying about the future or past - we lose our ability to align with what we really want. Getting present not only will help you align but also will help you clear that pre-trained response in your body.
This builds awareness that each time you start to feel this way you are able to catch it sooner and choose to react differently.

Freeze response is an under active parasympathetic response (aka slow or stagnant energy). All cylinders have shut down to preserve your safety! I would recommend something to calm up or get your energy moving again in your body!
When we have an under active response like this, we cannot clearly see our truth because we are so far gone from reality and terrified of change.
