Calm Up or Down?

Fight response is an overactive sympathetic response (aka too much energy). All cylinders are firing to fight!

I would recommend something to calm and ground down into your body.

When we have an overactive response like this, we cannot clearly see our truth because we are blinded by rage and protection.

Other Recommendations:

Because your brain and body are at 1000% all the time, the Fight Response can also make it super difficult to slow down and even sleep.

So embodiment practices like dancing, breathwork, yoga or anything where you are moving your body are great resources!
