When we are stuck in any emotion or worrying about the future or past - we lose our ability to align with what we really want. Getting present not only will help you align but also will help you clear that pre-trained response in your body.
This builds awareness that each time you start to feel this way you are able to catch it sooner and choose to react differently. And most importantly, build trust in yourself and your wants!
