How To Decode Your Emotions
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TOLD THAT YOU’RE JUST TOO SENSITIVE?
So you might try to push down all those pesky feels and when the hair breaks the camel's back - watch out. You are in total freakout, anxiety inducing, melt down mode. You know you shouldn't bottle up all the emotions butttttttttt wtf is a girl to do? Like really, I'm supposed to be a good (sane) girl.
The first thing I tell clients when we bring up the topic of emotions is that its a proven fact that if you actually FEEL the emotion running through you, it will last a max of 20 seconds. That's it! Emotions are not good or bad they are merely messengers telling you what you like, need, want, don't want, etc. Once we can practice letting go of all the pent up emotions we can begin to learn to decode each one into how you need to change your behavior.
Not only do we focus on feeling and decoding our emotions - my real passion is helping clients create health + wellness goals based on how you want to FEEL at that end result. So yeah you might want to lose a few pounds or clear up your skin but once you reach those goals, how will you feel? Light, free, glistening or vivacious?

So we bring back those 'end goal feelings' to present day and to start making day to day decisions that actually make you feel more light, free or vivacious in this moment, NOW. Because the truth is, you will reach that goal but you are really reaching for how that goal feels like. When you incorporate how you want to feel everyday not only will the end goal no longer matter but you will feel like you again - filled with pure radiant joy.
